Your coach will provide support and challenge throughout the process of executive coaching sessions. Through assessment tools, learning agendas guided by previous work experiences and, experiences during the program, you will develop and fine-tune essential leadership skills.

  • Complete and submit a client questionnaire.

  • Schedule to meet in person.

  • Conduct a multi-rater 360 degree assessment. 

  • Discuss the most effective design of your program.

Note: clients recommended by Board Members/Senior Leadership, or HR can decide to attend this meeting or elect to hold a separate meeting after we meet with the coachee.

  • We design a custom action plan then schedule meeting times.

    • Schedule to meet in person to confirm and agree on program design.

  • Within this program our clients will receive the following according to the chosen tier level:

    • In person one-on-one coaching.

    • Virtual one-on-one coaching.

    • The ability to reach out to discuss essential situations.

 

For clients working with us through their company:

Senior leadership has the option to receive a report of the client's progress at defined intervals throughout the program which will be discussed at the initial meeting with the client and senior leadership.
